    How to contact Facebook?
Hey, I didn't know where this goes.. all of you whom are on my Facebook will know exactly what I'm talking about.

How do I contact the makers of Facebook, I CANNOT find out how on facebook.com At all..

There are TONS of dog fighting groups on Facebook, that have photos and videos posted of adult dogs and puppies fighting and they are promoting it... what can be done about this
Facebook will remove photos of a woman breastfeeding her baby, but will not remove illegal videos of fighting dogs without TONS of complaints about it and even then, a new group pops up

I don't know if the link will work, but this is ONE of the many groups on Facebook dedicated to dog fighting. A person on my Facebook friends list, has been getting death threats for cross posting peoples dog fighting video's and getting people to report them and get them removed.

I believe that they do have a report function and they actually take these quite seriously.

As for contact for administrative purposes such as this, I don't know.

    Here you go.

Facebook's phone number is +1 (650) 543-4800. They don't offer tech support over the phone, but you can reach law enforcement, copyright claims, etc. through this phone number.

Keep reporting... you may find it difficult to get a response from anyone directly, without continuous communications. Many, many people have become frustrated with the lack of being able to contact someone for a variety of issues and have them be resolved in a timely manner. I think they are wising up however, so be diligent.

People, like yourself, are paramount in helping get things removed that are considered inappropriate. They have scouts, but obviously they can't be everywhere. Try talking it up on the Facebook forums... they do get read.

They do not take that report function as seriously as some people think. It takes upwards of 50 reports on anything before they do anything at all. Then they only remove the offending video they do not remove the person or ban them or anything its sad..

Thank you for the contact number

I moved this to the appropriate forum.

But I must say this is sad that Facebook does not take immediate action on things like this. I would bring this to the attention of the media. If Michael Vick can do jail time for this Facebook should have people to monitor this. We manage to do it with a volunteer staff.

Most newsmedia have editor desks that you can talk to. Or even better go down to the paper or TV station and asked to speak to an investigative reporter.

Also have you tried contacting the ASPCA?

The aspca? Would that even get me anywhere as most of these groups are based out of turkey and countries around there

It might. Doesn't hurt to try.

What you want to accomplish is for Facebook to keep these things off their site. Obviously, you are not going to stop the practice, and, in some areas it may not be illegal. But if you can get Facebook to not allow their service to be used to promote this stuff, that's a victory. And the ASPCA will know what buttons to press to get the media involved.

Yes it might help... send them the link. They have a massive presence in the US. Also contact the rspca in Canada.
