    How to handle an employee that always wants a policy
    I have a Sr employee who every time I correct her behavior she wants a policy and her answer is always I did not know I was not gioven a policy.

    Hello maria:

    Print up your policy and hand them to everybody. That way you can't make it up as you go along, and they can't pretend they didn't know.
