    I chanced from60ampfuse box to a60 amp breaker box now I don't have power to some rooms,do I have to use thecopper rod that came with the new box?

    Try posting in "Electrical & Lighting." There are probably more qualified people to answer your question there, as that section is more dedicated to issues like the one you describe.
