    Thanks again for the quick & detailed response!

    I did check the burner time/gas turn on time & not how long the fan runs... based on that it cycles 6mins ON and 4mins OFF for the first hour (after it reaches the set temp) and then drops to 3mins ON-7mins OFF which according to you seems pretty reasonable on a cold day...

    I was just worried that it cycles too may times, but based on what I read and input from you guys seems like it is normal cycling rate to maintain the temperature... it does not overshoot over the set temperature, so I guess the cph is pretty efficient and its not ON more time than required...

    Thanks again for all input and time...

    BTW, I sealed the wall , we'll see if that is going to help...

    Replaced my Honeywell CPH based thermostat with swing based thermostat & adjusted it to 2F, so it turns on only when the temperature drops by 2F and not cycle 6 times per hour like before...

    I picked Robertshaw 9600... FYI...
