NO AC after replacing battery in thermostat
I have a Honeywell Thermostat - it was blinking "low battery", I changed the batteries, now the AC will not come on - it just blinks "Cool On" nothing is happening.

Turn off the breakers, to furnace and a/c unit for a few minutes,, then back on

Was it working OK before you changed the batteries?

If this problem crops up again, check the pins and contact strips between the thermostat and sub-base for oxidation.
