    Low side pressure reading be on an r22 home unit
    I have a Goodman natural gas pac unit 13 seer , what should the pressure gauges be reading on the low side mine is currently running around 70 to 72 which reflects to 33 to 34 degree coil temp is this about right.

    In order to find out an accurate reading on both the high and low sides you will do a superheat or subcooling calculation which includes the air off condenser temps along with liquid/suction line temp etc. That was knowledge that you needed to pass your EPA test so you should know the answer. If you do not have the required EPA certification then you should not be accessing the refrigerant system of your unit. I am just not into breaking the law here.
