Help removing a fan blade that is rusted onto a motor of an AC Unit
Hello - I am having trouble removing a fan blade from a motor because it is rusted on. Please see the following pics for a good idea for the problem.

The golden bolt is rusted onto the long metal bar. I tried WD40 but it won't budge. I don't want to damage the fan blade because I need to put it on a new motor.

Any ideas how to get the bolt off safely? It is 90 degrees here and my wife is pregnant; I would greatly appreciate any assistance.

    Specs:
    Goodman AC Unit - Model #: CK30-1A
    Fan Blade Part #: B1086756
    Motor Part #: B13400251 (B13400-251)

WD40 the area and let it soak in. Then hold motor shaft with an adjustable wrench or vice grip below the fan blade (there is a flat on one side of the shaft). Turn blade in one direction then the next to break loose. Then take sand cloth/paper and clean the exposed end of the motor shaft as best as you can. The holding the adjustable wrench or vice grip move the fan blade back and forth while lifting on the blade. I have used this 100's of times in the past. It will take time but it will eventually come off. Make sure you remove the set screw(s) in the blade hub before trying this.

The simple solution is to just replace the blade with EXACTLY the same diameter, number of blades and pitch of the blades.
