Carrier 38 cks furnace not working,
I opened the front panel to reveal the status code light, it is solid red (however the furnace is not running) last night while furnace was running, it was blinking. Only cool air is coming through the vents and a little flame icon appears on my thermostat control when the heat is turned on... is it a pilot light issue?

I have a Carrier Gas Furnace. I believe the model is 58CTA or 58CTX (not sure which one). The thermostat I have is "White-Rogers" Model 1F86-0471. We have NO A/C unit. The heating works fine (in the winter)... when it is cold - the furnace turns on, and flows nice warm heat around the house....
