How to lighten lowlights with toner
I have had bleach blonde hair for a couple years now it gets sort of yellow sometimes and fades to natural blonde but for the most part its white blonde. I have breakage and bleach is just very unhealthy for the hair and it hasn't gotten any longer. I recently got all over low lights and the stylist bleach my roots everyother strand of hair. It came out blonde with ashy lowlights, but I just can't get over the fact that I don't have bright blonde hair anymore. How do I get the lowlights out? Can I tone them? Should I use purple correcting shampoo? What can I do to get back to my BLONDE!
