How can I keep from my dark dyed hair from turning orange when I bleach it
I have naturally medium blonde hair color, and I have died my hair burgundy brown, the color took all over but is more purply red on the top of my head.. I want to go back to my nautural color or even bleach blonde.. but I have tried to strip my hair before and it just turned orange, then bleaching it left it a brighter orange.. what stuff can I use to get this color out without having to use so many chemicals.. I just want my natural hair color back, but don't want an between phase with orange hair.. HELP!!

One option is to go to a professional to get it fixed. I know it's costly, but that's probably the best option. Another thing you could do is to go to a beauty supply store, and ask the employees what they suggest. You may just need a toner on your hair to remove the purplish tint. (Toner also takes the orange color out of blonde.) Finally, you could gradually go back to your natural color. Every 3-4 weeks dye your hair a little lighter until you get the color you want.

Whatever you decide I wouldn't do too much too fast because you will "fry" your hair, and then it will never be the same.

You dyed your hair dark, then color stripped it, then bleached it- That is a lot of stress you added on to your hair. If you continue to color you hair, it will either start breaking off, or your hair will fall out in patches.(research the possibilities what could happen from over processed hair) - But My suggestion would be since your hair is bleached right now - (right?) Get a medium blonde/ash blonde color or even champagne blonde it should make the color so much better. I did almost the same thing, but I used bleach blonde, and I didn't like how it looked, so I used a med blonde/light brown color and it helped A lot. Just make sure you are being easy on your hair after all this coloring. *** But it is always best to get your hair professionally done*** I am not a hair dresser, but I HAD almost the same hair drama. Hope this helps :)

If you want a decent blonde shade, you will need to bleach your hair to yellow stage and then apply a toner. This process is difficult to do and should only be attempted by professional. Please consider going to the salon and have them do the color for you.
