    Hungry rabbits
    I am having trouble with rabbits eating my flowers. Especially venca and of all things marigolds. Any suggestions?

    you might try a hot pepper-based spray. Find it at home & grdn store.

    Are they eating just the leaves or the stems +plus leaves... the reason I'm asking is because somehting ate all of my marigolds and tomatoe plants and I blamed it on the squirrels.
    I did not actually see the critter eating them so your post has me wondering if I am blaming the wrong animal.

    Anyhoo I replanted them with a good dash of black pepper and they have left them alone so far. 1 of the plants stem that I left in the ground has even regained its leaves.
