    That post looks funny.

So, does this mean you don't like doing this side? I can do another once Unky is done. In fact, this may be good timing for me cause my lighter summer schedule is coming to an end, and I've got just enough time left over to be available to answer questions. After that, I'm not really sure of my availability. And then Adam can do one. :)

By the way, I think no is the best answer to whether he was injured before he fell into the forest. (Though I see what you mean.)

Oh, and yeah for me! Cause I've never actually solved one of these before. (Although I probably could have solved the fish one if it hadn't been done before I got on that day.)

Just for the heck of it, for anyone who wants to jump on it, this is lateral thinking, but is not a yes or no kind. You just have to think about it and find a solution.

You are driving down the road in your car on a wild, stormy night, when you pass by a bus stop and you see three people waiting for the bus

    * An old lady who looks as if she is about to die.
    * An old friend who once saved your life.
    * The perfect partner you have been dreaming about.

Knowing that there can only be one passenger in your car, whom would you choose?

I would do one again, but I did feel uncomfortable with some of it. I just wanted to do it right, and was surprised at the difference the wording in a question could make as to how comfortable I was with an answer. Often just a couple of words would throw the question off for me. I tried to go with intent mostly.

I'm surprised you haven't solved one before. I thought you were the queen of these games. :D

Well, being the romantic that I am, I wouldn't have given up on the perfect partner. However, you can't ignore the old lady who is struggling, so I'd get my friend to drive the old lady home and I'd go make time with the perfect partner... I mean, catch a bus together.

PS - To be honest, my fiancé came up with that answer. I thought it was the perfect solution. :)

Okay - attempt #3 at getting some sleep.

Ah, really, you can only do the best you can do. The wording can be tricky yes. Sometimes I stare at something for quite some time, trying to see if it's true exactly as stated. I take them in context of questions around them, which can tell me what they might be getting at. And I qualify answers a lot. There's occasions when I'm convinced someone's going to kill me over an answer once they get it solved.

I'm surprised you haven't solved one before. I thought you were the queen of these games. :D
Uh, not really. I've "hosted" more often. I haven't tried solving that many, which is why I wanted to do it. I know how to ask questions, but that doesn't mean the right thing is going to pop in my head. There's also been plenty of times when I've had a good idea, or been close, but someone else solves it.

That's exactly it. Well, almost - the friend drives the old lady to the hospital. Now this one I solved fairly quickly. I didn't want to give up the perfect partner either. ;)

You must not sleep very well. That's got to be a real bummer. I don't sleep early, but once I'm asleep, I'm normally out like a light, and hard to wake up.

Darn I missed that last one, I figured it out before I got to the end of this thread but then it was answered. I will try and come up with one in another thread so Unky can still answer this one. I will post a link once I do.

Don't tell me that the plane was supposed to be throwing water on the burning forest and thus took water from the lake. But something unexpected happened; the plane took a diver (our dead man) in its water tank/reservoir by mistake with his suit and threw him over the burning fire!

    Poor diver :(

I guess that he could have died in the plane itself perhaps, because with a snorkel, one cannot stay underwater for long... When morgaine asked for the forest fire, all the things fitted.

Ok, off to the next one then.

PS. I once got a mail with that same very question about the 3 people under the bus stop. I didn't answer but scrolled down to see what was it... and by the time I saw your question, I have already forgotten lol :p

I also just realized from reading it, that it appears nowhere near solved. So we can finish it first, and I'll put the link in to this when it's done. (Unless someone wants to to try to do two at once - fine by me.)

I decided to start a new thread cause ones that get really, really long start making me nutso after a while. This one shouldn't be as difficult as the albatross one was. (But I didn't say it was easy.) I flipped the tent flap open and surveyed the scene. On the floor, in the center of the...
