How can I gain 15 pounds?
I've been trying to gain about 15 pounds for a couple of months but I'm stuck at 115. I'm 5'6 and I would love to gain a little weight. No matter how much I eat I can't gain any weight. Any suggestions?

    LOL, Philly!!

Remember that muscle weighs more than fat. Muscle is healthier for you than fat too. So try eating a well balanced diet and join a gym and work out.

If you want to gain weight use this formula 18 calories per pound of body weight. Use your current weight as a multipier 115 x 18 = 2070, This is how many calories extra you'll need to gain. If you want to gain more lean bodyweight a general guideline is to add about 300-500 calories per day to your normal diet. You stilll should eat healthy foods and exercise but just increase the calories. Try not to add too many chips, they'll raise your weight fine but also your blood pressure!
