    Rights of inheritors
Are all inheritors entitled to a copy of the will? How is this obtained? Are the inheritors entitled to full disclosure of the assets and liabilities of the deceased? What documents are to commpany the inheritance checks? Is there a repository where all of this information can be obtained? What are the rights of the executor if the executor is one of the inheritors? Seems like a conflict of interest.

Anyone named in a will is entitled to a copy of the will and an accounting of the estate. If the will was filed for probate, the probate court would have that information. If the will was not probated, you would have to sue the executor to provide the info.

Why should there be a confict of interest? The executor's job is to carry out the wishes of the will. That can be done fairly without any conflict of interest.
