He has been living with me and my family for 2 and a half years its my mother house he treats me like garbage and I'm done I told him he needs to leave that it is over and he won't leave he says its my moms house so he dose not have to but if it weren't for me he wouldn't be here in the first place help what can I do

Your mom tells him to leave, gives him a written notice. If he does not leave she evicts him in court.

You of course lock your bedroom door and don't treat him like a boyfriend.

You have to have him legally evicted, your mom does. That means having him served with a 30 notice to vacate. And taking him to court to have the sherrifs remove him then if he refuses.

He became a tenent roughly a month after he moved in, and he has to be treated like one.

Now if he gets abusive before then, call the police and maybe they will put him out... but do not delay in the eviction process, you MUST do that.
