    How can I get my son back after he's been ilegally adopted
    I was forced to give my son up for adoption 18 months ago I was drugged up and didn't know what I was signing or going on I have papers and I don't know what they mean and I was not allowed to be with the attorney alone the drugs wore off 2 weeks after court and after I realized what they did to me and my fiancé we wrote letters to the judge saying we want our son back we never got our son or our rights and when our son was only 2 months old the adoption agency in woodstock got sued for the same thing I'm going through now how do I get him back and how do I find a lawyer that would help us we have been fighting since we realized what they did to us

    And where was the babies father, he also had to sign his rights over for the adoption ?

    You should have hired a lawyer IMMEDIATELY after you realized what had been done to overturn the adoption. Now, 18 months later, your case is much more difficult to win. The question being asked by others are very pertinent. Before advising further we would need answers.
