    Canadian married and divorced in US and I "divorced" in Canada
    I am Canadian and was married in the US to a US citizen. We've divorced and I now live back up in Canada. In Canada am I considered Divorced? All the forms ask and I'm just not sure if I'm filling them out correctly.

    You are considered divorced in Canada as well.
