Harbor Breeze ceiling fan lights will not come on.
I own a Harbor Breeze 42" Vector Elite ceiling fan. A little while back I took the fan down to do some renovations to the room and paint. The problem arose when I put the fan back. The fan doesn't have a remote, but it has two pull chains, one for the fan speed and one for the three spot lights hanging underneath. After installing it, the three lights would not come on but the fan worked fine. So, I figured the bulbs were toast, but after replacing them twice I knew it wasn't that. I took the fan apart and didn't see anything out of the ordinary, all wires were in good condition and connected. Any ideas as to what the problem could be? I have no idea, anything would help.
