Why is my dog pooping and peeing in my house
My dog has been peeing and pooping in the house. I walk him 3 times a day and he does his business, but then also does it in the house. I had him fixed and he started doing it right after that. I thought I would be patient with him for at least the first two weeks. Now it has been at least a month and he is still doing it even though I walk him, give him treats etc. He is a super doggie other than this issue. When I got him he trained really fast and minds me in all other things, but now this problem has come up.

Has there been any change to your household recently, new people or other pets. You need to restart the house training process and possibly let go of some of your previous training techniques. Dog Training Basics - Potty Training Basics

Generally a dog is pooping and peeing depending on the range of food you give him if you possibly try and keep him on softer foods and smaller portions this seems to work, also try and keep anything out of the blue out of his/her diet as if your giving him foods off your plate he may react or excrete likely because of this.

Also another reason you may want to know is scenting the dogs surroundings may help if his garden is scented its his patch and so he may feel more bridgeable to excrete there

Thanks for the input. I will try your methods. One thing I have done is to just fill his bowl with food and this may be the reason as you said baileeboy

A 60 lbs dog, active life needs about 1 1/2 cups twice a day. Do not keep your dogs bowl full 24/7
