II just purchased a DELL Optiplex GX270 from Overstock.com on December 26, 2007. I received it on January 3 and installed it on January 7. By January 13, the motherboard had gone out and a Dell serviced tech has already come to my house and has it up and running by replacing the motherboard. However, now I don’t have sound and it’s a multimedia audio problem. Is there a website that I can download the driver for it and also wonder if I can download updates and get Service Pack 2? Apparently, I have Service Pack 1. Thanks

Yes I did got the all the drivers from Dell.com but the audio controller was still not installed even I'd already try to installed all audio drivers available in dell support drivers. Witch is my computer is gx270 is theirs anything wrong with my installation? I guest nothing because I had experience in my work almost 5 years of installing in different kinds of computer but unfortunately this dell computer is gx270 is my big problem I had ever...
