I know a lot of men always say that their girlfriends are idiots but my girlfriend really is an idiot. My problem is that my girlfriend is mad at me everyday! For smoking, talking to a female friend, going to the gym more than 3 times a week, working long shifts during the weekends (I work 30 hours a weekend), and not going out more than once a week, but I see her 5 days a week. We just chill at home or school, have lunch but she expects more!

So in general I work 30 hours a week, school 24 hours a week, I go to the gym at least 3 times a week and I see her at least 5 days a week. Yet she complains about me not being a good boyfriend. She says she doesn't have a problem with me talking to girls, but if a girl walks right by me, she gets mad, and says I was checking her out or eye ****ing her. But how could I not see the person who walks right by me.

She works one day a week for 5-7 hours and she calls in sick at least twice a month and is always nagging me to take a day off, and when I do she expects me to take a day off again the following week. She is doing absolutely horrible in school, she failed everything and got kicked out and now all she does is sleep at home and complain about why she isn't able to find a job. I found 2 jobs for her but she says she doesn't like travelling on the bus and wants something close to her house.

She's always saying how sweet and caring she is and how stupid and careless I am, but I think its just the other way around. If I get mad at her then she gets mad at me because I'm mad at her! I don't think its her fault she's stupid, some women are born that way! But anyway what should I do?

While I don't agree at all that most guys complain about how much of an idiot their girlfriends are, I really wonder how you think she is an idiot, and you are not.

What is true is that the partner you get with is a reflection on YOU, and if she is a lazy stupid idiot, then you are just as much one for being with her.

If she is as big an idiot as you say, then why are you with her? She won't change but can you?

It's got nothing to do with her intelligence level. It's that she's paranoid, as you're out so often. Do you live together? Does she KNOW you go to the gym?

It sounds like you're completely wrong for each other. You sound like playground enemies, not partners.

We don't live together and she does know I go to the gym, I text her when I get to the gym, when I leave the gym and when I get home. And yes we are wrong for each other and I also think she's paranoid...
