    I suspect 18 year old prospective boyfriend is more mature in many ways than the OP - I still think he treats her like a little sister or team "pet."

    So the same guy I Was Talking about before his birthday is May 6th mine is June 27th so Again is it Legal or ilegal for me to date or like him in that way

    Nothing is illegal. Your birthday months have nothing to do with it. Just be careful you don't get a reputation as a stalker if he is not interested in you romantically.
