I have done all that was ask of me by the court and po office. But now I need to write a letter to the judge, requesting early release for my probation. I'm having a hard time putting my thoughts into a letter. Any ideas? Also does anyone know anything about SIS. Like how they work, will my charges still be seen on my record. Or will it be clean again? When you are release from probation does the SIS means that it will be automatically erased from my record. Or do I have to filing motion with the court? Thanks Much!

In order to write the letter, I would start writing down bullet points of what you have learned since being on Probation. What have you learned about yourself? What have you learned about your role in society? What have you accepted? What you have decided to change about yourself? How has this experience changed you? What do you plan on doing every day after Probation? What are your plans for living your life on the "straight and narrow".

Once you have that list, then you can probably write the letter a little easier. Use the list as your resource for writing the letter. Be honest.
