    Degrees of sex offenders
I was wondering what does it mean to be a 1st, 2nd, or 3rd degree sex offender. Like what criteria is there for the different degrees?

    ROLCAM

The number of times committing the act.

    1) First Offender.
    2) Second Time Offender.
    3) Repeat Offender.

The courts take great notice of this.
