I wanted to have my probation transferred to another state. But my PO wants me 2 find the police report I have been 2 all places to find it I was told that in the system they see me as being on probation but with no restitution. I was also told that if there is no police report I shouldn't be on probation what should I do or where do I go to get my police report.

What did you do (crime wise) that you ended up on probation in the first place? What police report?

All you have to do is to go in person to the police station and request a copy of the police report. Phone calls don't cut it. Go to the police station in question to get the report. If you ended up on probation there had to be some kind of insrument to charge you with a crime that landed you on probation.

Or you can go the Clerk of Courts criminal division and request to see your official court file. In that file will be a copy of the police report.

First your PO is jerking you around, you don't have to supply anything except proof you have done the requirements of probation. He can pull up all of your computer NCIC files at the click of a mouse if he wants to.

Your police report makes no difference at PO level, to be on PO you were charged with a crime, and either plead guilty or was convicted by the court and placed on probaton

Their had to be a police report for you to have gone to court.
