Repair Program Module Screen appearing at Startup
I have a DELL Dimension E510 Desktop with Windows XP Professional. How do I keep a computer repair program (RegistryBooster) screen module from always appearing on the desktop screen at the beginning of startup. It only appears for a few seconds, and then starts the repair program. I have no way (on the screen) of stopping because there is no icons to click on to keep it from starting. Only after it starts can I stop it (from within the program itself). I believe there is a program or file that will allow me to remove it from the startup screen. I have already tried START - ALL PROGRAMS - Startup, and the Startup program is EMPTY. So there must be some other file that I need to access. Does anyone know what I need to do next.

I can only think of going into msconfig and seeing if it's listed under the startup tab!

Go to Run>type msconfig> scroll to startup tab> look through and see if it's listed in there and if so disable it.

That's all I can think of since I've never seen it before or experienced with it, I can't really help beyond this.
