    Brownish orange Vaginal Discharge
Ok so I'm 16 and I got my period on the 23rd and my period only lasts 4 days since I first got my period which was about 2 years ago. It's now the 30th and since yesterday my lower back has been hurting a lot.. and the last few days my stomach has been hurting. Yesterday when I woke up I felt really sick like puking but I didn't. I've been getting a weird kind of discharge that Ive never got before.. it's like brownish orange and slimy.. and yesterday when I went pee 2 small chunks came out with a little bit of blood.. hardly any though.. today I have more discharge in my underwear and when I wipe. My boyfriend and I DON'T use condoms but he pulls out. I'm not sure if this has anything to do with pregnancy because I got my period but I'm curious of what it is. I talked to my boyfriend about it and he said we should go to the doctor tomorrow and I should get checked out, but I'm really curios right now. Please help!

Can't tell you if you are pregnant, only a home pregnancy test, urine or blood test at the doctor can tell you that, and not until your period is late. I can tell you that using the "pull out" method as birth control, is not birth control, you might as well be trying to get pregnant, because you will sooner or later if you continue to have unprotected sex, which you are doing. I guess the question is, do you want a baby, can you afford a baby, can you physically take care of a baby? If not, then get on birth control and use a condom, even then, not 100% safe, so sex=babies, you're playing with fire.

I honestly don't know what I could be.. but because the rate of teens with std's is so high... I really encourage a trip to the dr.

Sound like you have an infection. You may be pregnant too. Your boyfriend pulling out does not prevent pregnancy. Get yourself checked out ASAP.

I know I can get pregnant by the "pull out" method, but what I said was I don't think it would be pregnancy because I just had my period.

Tamsin, being emotionally attached is a big part of losing your virginity. In my view, you should be very comfortable with the person and truly feel you can trust them. Trust is a big part for me.. My boyfriend and I had tried having sex for months but it hurt every time, mostly because I was so tensed up. I respect him for waiting for so long. But after a few months I just let it happen and it didn't hurt so much. I think you should wait until you are with someone who you know respects you and your body and will wait for you, until YOU are ready.

Tamsin, you don't need to have sex even if you DO feel strongly about a person. If it hurts it means your not physically ready or you are too nervous. Do other things instead which are more enjoyable for you until you are ready. Good luck! If he is worth it he willl stick around and support you.

The discharge is probably a infection, either in your vagina or in your bladder/urinary tract. If you're sexually active a lot more than usual, or sexually active for the first time, you can get a UTI (urinary tract infection), they call it "Honeymoon Disease" for serious. Just from touching down there more often, and the germs on everyday things. You should go to the doctor/a clinic and get it treated (probably with an antibiotic). If you're hiding your sexually active status from your parents, you don't have to worry about it, because it's most likely a UTI not a STD.

If you're having sex without a condom, just... remember what a huge responsibility you have not to screw up, because the consequences can be dire.

And Tamsin, if it hurts, your vagina is probably dry because you are nervous. Make sure you trust the guy, first. Use your hands or do oral sex, use a condom with lube, and try different positions (sometimes woman on top winds up hurting less). It might still hurt a little. Make sure the guy knows how it feels for you -- only an will keep enjoying sex when you're not enjoying it.
