Please take him to the vet.

Be sure to get the cat fixed, and do not allow him to go outside.

Keep in mind that a cat's body temperature is a couple degrees higher than a human's, so feeling a little warmer than your skin is normal.

Is the shaking more of a twitching? Is it his entire body, or just part (like his whiskers or legs)? Is it recent, or has he been doing this for awhile?

Taking him to the vet wouldn't be a bad idea. Get him a general check-up and get him fixed.
