For the couple of you who've added me on Facebook, I have more pictures on there.

For the rest of you, add me on Facebook, if you have one and you want to see more kitty pictures.

Hasn't Edith dragged them over to the litter box and taught them how to use it?

She has absolutely no interest in doing so. If I ever CATCH them going somewhere else, I'll take them to the litter box. The problem is, they go while I'm asleep or at work or just stop in the middle of playing to poop in the corner in the other room. There's no warning.

I'm hoping that gets better with age. Right now, I'd rather they go IN something than on the floor, even if that something is their bed.

The next time I go to the laundromat, I'm taking their bed and blankets with me. Hopefully actually washing them will help. The vinegar certainly isn't.

I have to share this video. It involves kittens so I thought this would be a good thread. I hope you don't mind Heath.

I don't mind at all. That was neat.

I like how Lily pulled the kitten out of the water dish. Maybe you could rent her for a while for litter training the kittens.

She definitely seems more attentive than edith. Edith never once picked up one of the kids to move them somewhere else. She would just cry and pester me until I put them back where they belonged.

I know, but I couldn't exactly leave a blind baby mewing on the floor by itself. Especially when it was there when I got home from work and I had no way of knowing how long it'd been there.

Finally decided to check in... 41 pages, sheesh! Can't keep up with that. But I went backwards to find the latest pics. They are definitely looking like small cats now, and Spot no longer looks like a guinea pig. :D

    Aren't they adorable?

They run around like little crazy people when they're not asleep. Hiding and pouncing under, around, and on top of everything. I love it.

Now, if I could just get them to use the litter box, I'd be all set.

I must have missed the picture page. But I still stand by Aura being the CUTEST. Her face is so symmetrical.

Yes. In their bed, in their play cubes, in the corner, in a box, on their blankets, pretty much anywhere but the litter box.

I know part of that is because the litter box has high sides, meaning they have to jump in and out of it. The thing is, even when I had a smaller pan, with sides only an inch or two high, right next to the litter box, they wouldn't use it. I took it away because edith was trying to use it and just ended up throwing the litter all over the place. The kittens were just eating the litter out of it. They weren't even climbing inside it.

For some reason, I absolutely LOVE the little black spots on the edge of her left ear. I don't know why. I just think they're the cutest thing ever.

She really is going to be a gorgeous cat. They all will, but there is something in her face that is so adorable, so poised. I'm not biased or anything, she really is gorgeous. I have always liked calico's.

Oh, I always knew aura would be a little princess. She's just so dainty and proper. I think it'll be easy to find her a home. She'll just need to go somewhere where they understand cats and won't expect her to always want to be petted or held. I really don't think she'd do very well with little kids. She likes to play, but when she's not playing, she likes to be left alone.

The same goes for mop. He's just a little cuddle butt. He loves pets and cuddles and love. He's the only one of the bunch that I think would be OK as an only cat. He'd also be great with children. He's already very careful of his claws, even when he's playing, and almost never scratches me. He'll be fine as long as he has humans to love him. He's already an awesome little lap-kitty.

Alty-cat will need to either go with a sibling, or go to a house with other cats who will be willing to accept her into the family. She can't handle being by herself. If all her siblings are in another room, she panics and follows them. She's the only one I've never seen curled up alone to sleep. The more siblings she can cuddle up with, the happier she is.

Unky needs to have other cats around, too. I'd love to see him and alty-cat go to the same home. They play together and sleep together more than the others. If they don't go to the same home, then he at least needs other cats around. I think he'd be OK living with cats that don't necessarily curl up together and pal around all the time, though. As long as they're nice to him and don't mind him being in the same general area, he'll be OK.

You had enough to think about with dyeing Spot blue. :D

Edit to correct word usage. Thank you WG.

    Spot - 7 weeks

Aura has very definite orange tabby stripes over most of her body. They don't show up well in pictures, though. I have a feeling they'll be really visible when she gets her adult coat.

Unky looks more and more like his mommy everyday. Same white star on his chest and white patch on his belly. His eyes are even going to be the same green-gold when they finish changing.

Alty-cat's coat is already shiny and sleek. She's going to be a stunning cat.

Spot is turning out to be a Maine coon. Can't say I'm entirely surprised. He has all the hallmarks from the tufts of fur between his toes to the tufts of fur in his ears to the mane. He's going to be a large cat, and he's already just about as smart as they come.

Mop is always going to be a compact little cat. Sweet as they come, with the softest, thickest fur imaginable.

Zoe is very round. She's almost as big as Spot, but as compact as Mop. She's going to have some serious size and muscle when she's grown.

    Hehe, it's OK, we'll get M a shock collar, that'll fix him ;)

Good choices on the keepers... I haven't read back sorry (just back to the last set of pics) so you have probably said that before :o

It's OK. I don't expect anyone to read 44 pages spanning more than a month.

Find me on Facebook, through alty, and you can see all the pictures. They really are sweethearts, and I wish I could keep them all. 7 cats eat a LOT, even if 6 of them are just babies.

On the upside, you won't have a mouse problem ;)

And yep, found the pictures, they are cuties.. spot still wins though :D

Spot has the fuzzy kitty face going for him. He's also smart as a whip. They're all smart, but he's the only one who LOOKS for opportunities, instead of just taking them if they happen to come along.

I finally went to bed at 2 after waiting and waiting for photos. Those are the most gorgeous kittens!! I want to scoop 'em all up and hug 'em! Wow!!

They really are going to be gorgeous cats. Right now, they're gorgeous little cats.

My only issue is getting them to stop peeing on my floor. They've stopped going on the carpet, for the most part. Now I just need them to stop going on the linoleum.
