95 honda civic coupe dash lights won't work.
I have checked all fuses, pulled instrument cluster out and I have power to both sides of bulbs for illumination. I think it should only have power to one side of bulb but can't figure out if it is a ground problem or maybe dimmer switch? Maybe something different? Can anyone help?
