93 Ford Escort blower motor
On my 93 Ford Escort 1.9L the blower motor will not run; however, if I take it out and connect directly to a power source it runs OK. Is there a fuse or CB I should be checking? The manual referes to a 30A CB in location 15 in the fuse box but my car does not have a CB in this location.

I need the location and which fuse it is for the cigarette lighter in my '93 Ford Escort. None of the fuses look like they're blown. I need it working to plug my cell phone charger in. Thanks for any input. Pat

Will not crank every time. Battery is good, when it cranks no problem with starter.
