92 Honda Civic, no power to fuel pump, but relay checks OK
I have a 1992 Honda Civic That will start intermittently. A mechanic buddy of mine narrowed it down to the fuel pump not getting power. We checked the main relay and it checked out fine. So we jumped the power bypassing the relay and the pump powered up after that. Stumped with a capital. Oh yeah I forgot to mention that there is a leak that I have not found either. Left about an inch and half of water on the floor boards.

    1. Check all under-dash and under-hood fuses with a test light or multimeter.

    2. Perform the K-Test on the ECM. If the ECM is failing, the main relay won't function properly.

It sounds like your heater core went bad. That's what usually is going on when you have water on the floor. For your other question, I'm stumped! Lol Good luck:)

The water can also come from a leaking heater control valve.
