I have a credit card company trying to garnish my joint checking account. Can they by law go after my Revolcable Trust Account in which I have with my wife if, my wife is the one being garnisheried

Trust accounts cannot be garnished that is why they are open, even the IRS cannot touch them, they are held in a trust. joint checking account they can. If you are the only one putting money in that account, close it and open one in your name only.
