This is a Long Drain Issue. Likely that something is stuck in the pump trap. Take off the mottom tree screws under the drum panel. This will remove the drum panel on the front. From under neither you can see the drain pipe trap. Unscrew the trap cap in the from. Clean out all debrieF and re-install. This should do it.
My washer is giving me that error and it does not drain all the water and does not complete the washing
Perfect answer. FYI you need Torx wrench to remove screws. The folks at Sears should be as knowledgeable. Took 10 min to complete. Saved $129 service call
Thx
It is a plugged drain issue. Remove the 3 screws in the bottom panel. Remove the bottom panel. Note: Have towels ready to absorb the water. Remove the cap from the face of the drain box. It will unscrew. Do it quickly. Remove the material from the drain plug quickly that is plugging the drain, screw the cap back in. Note: This is only if water is backed up in the drain line. If it is not, you can take your time cleaning the plug and installing it back in.
I emptied the filter, it was full, and still it is reading the F21 error code. Any ideas?
