Kenmore elite quiet pak 4 washer not spinning during wash rinse and spin cycle
"I have a Kenmore elite quiet pak 4 front load washer that makes noise when in these cycles and does not spin when in the washing cycle or when I push rinse and spin or drain and spin. I would like to know what would cause this and how can I fix it so I can wash my clothes properly

The tub on my kenmore elite HE3 will not spin for the wash, rinse or spin cycles. The motor is making the usual sounds like it's supposed to but the tub just does not budge.
