How do we remove access panel?
We have an odor in washer and want to access outer drum etc. It is a Kenmore 110. 82680100. The panel is solid in back with misc stuff sticking out. It does not appear to be easily opened. Can we get at it from top?

Did you try going to Sears.com and looking for a manual for the model?

Most sites do. Are you sure about the model? I tried looking for Kenmore 110 and didn't find any washers.

The 110 is a preprinted number followed by 82680100. We wanted to get in the access to see if we could find the cause of an odor. We have just looked from underneath. Nothing . So we are guessing it is mold between the drum and it's case. I think I will spray some amonia or something .

    Thanks again
