Try chiropractic care, there has been many cases where relief was achieved by this alone.

For allergies and sinus the number one best herb is goldenseal. You can drink it as a tea, and capsules are helpful but not as much as the tea. Even better is to make a tea and use a dropper to put a couple of drops in each nostril and sniff up. You will feel it going down. This usually works in after just one try but sometimes it take 2-3 times. Also zinc. You may also want to research serrapeptase.
