I am wanting to install an outdoor wall spigot on the side of my mobile home. I want to run on end of some type of hose/pipe (use as main connection under home) to other side of my home for more convienence and so I can have a hole put into wall with spigot attatchment to use for hoses, turn water on/off, all that runs under my home. Does anyone have any easy, very cheap ways for me to do this? I am a mother of 4 and on a tight budget.

Are you asking us to walk you through cutting in a tee in the cold water main and running a line to the other side of your trailer terminating in a hose bib?
This can be done using PVC pipe and fittings but you will have to open up the subfloor to cut in the tee and push a line through to the other side. Do you have the necessary tools and plumbing experience to do this? Regards, Tom

Find where the water comes out of the ground and ties into the water piping of your mobile home. Now cut into the pipe and install a tee, run PVC to the other side of the home and install a faucet at ground level. You don't have to come out through the wall of the mobile home unless you just want to. Now about freezing if you are in a cold climate you will have to take all of the precautions to prevent freezing. Insulate all of the pipe under the home and riser or use an electric tape. The faucet could be covered in the cold weather by using a box or bucket filled with some kind of insulation.
