My 93 Acura Integra want start after you drive or let the car run for a while. As long as the car is running there is no problem, turn it off and try and restart it the car attempts to start but want until you let it cool, disconnect the battery and reconnect it.

Replace the main relay and your problem should be gone. Here's what it looks like:
