My husabnd is locked up so he can't paying on his child support and tell he get out how do I go about stop the payment on child support tell he get out because they want to take him to court for it please let me know thank you

Why would you want to stop the payment until he gets out? You said he is locked up but they want to take him to court for it? Not sure what you mean by that. And you say your husband, so does that he mean you have an order for child support against him for your children with him or are you talking about a child support order for children he has with someone else? Need some more information in order to answer.

I am sure the courts have some kind of arrangements for payments when a person is incarcerated... this can't be the first time this has ever happened. You need to contact child support enforcement and ask them the laws regarding this issue.
