I would very much appreciate it if someone could advise me on this. I suffered from severe acne as a teenager and used some various strong chemicals to treat my problem for quite some time. Over the years I have noticed that the skin colour on my face has turned dull and darker than the rest of my body such as my neck,chest, arms etc. I cannot stand looking in the mirror because I look so dark compared to my original skin colour (before I used chemicals to destroy the natural colour).

I am desperate to brighten my facial skin colour but do not want to risk damaging the skin with strong chemicals. My skin is medium brown (Asian-Indian colour).

Can someone recommend a safe and effective product? Also is there a good retail shop where I could buy this product from in England?

Hi najeeb. I am a light asian color and I have freckles and uneven skin tones. I tried a lot of things (money wise) and couldn't find anything that really works (with out damaging your skin) until I looked into Laneige. They are very popular in korea right now and the white and renew is what I have been using for a year now and it has worked wonders on me! Since then I have stocked up on their products and is willing to sell you one if you like. If not you can check with eBay too!
