Do you know at what age (in Idaho) a child in a divorce situation, can choose which parent they want to live with and not be bound by law to go to the other parents home?

The age where the child can decide all by thierself is 18.
Before that, they have to go to court for a change in custody and the child is allowed to testify as to what they want, but the judge is not under a obligation to do that, if they believe it is not in the child's best interest.
Age of legal consent in Idaho is also 16 but this is has no bearing on their rights in child custody. A child may want to live with a parent whose lifestyle may not be the best for a child, the court has full authority until they child is 18.
