How can I loose weight the healthy way in time for the next school year??

Proper diet and exercise.

Are you at the proper weight according to a normal healthy weight. If you are you should not try to lose more.
Healthy eating, vegetables and fruits and greens.
Exercise and lots of water.

Here is what I'm doing... training for a half marathon and working as a server... I haven't so much lost "weight" because I have gained A LOT of muscle which weighs more than fat... but I am toning up very quickly... and I just try to eat vegetables instead of fries, etc. It's working for me... But I did it this way because I am unable to lose weight when I am actually trying to lose weight... But my focus now is building endurance and going certain distances, not counting calories and burning calories.
