Aging is a natural process. It just comes with each year. No, you cannot stop aging. But you can protect and care for yourself in ways that keeps you healthy, young feeling and young looking. Age is a number but does not have to define the way you feel or your health.

You can read all kinds of advice on how to slow down the aging process. Stay out of the sun, proper nutrition, exercise, reduce stress, no smoking, alcohol in moderation (or not at all), making sure you get your vitamins as naturally as possible, maintaining good physical health so regular check ups are vitally important, maintaing a healthy weight, and the list goes on.

There is no one miracle shot to prevent aging. When you Google "aging", it comes up with many links:
how to slow down aging - Google Search (http://www.google.com/search?q=how+to+slow+down+aging&sourceid=ie7&rls=com.microsoft:en-US&ie=utf8&oe=utf8)

Happy reading and to your good health. A Caveat - when you read something, please check with your doctor. Not everything you read is necessarily the right thing for you.
