I have acne scars all over my back.I was told that it's kind of hormonal that's why my derma prescribed me some pills. It did work cause I don't get to have cystic pimples at my back anymore. Its all flat and dark spots right now.. I've been wanting to wear tops that I think would fit me well but my scars bothers me so much. You guys know what's the most effective way to lighten 'em up? :(

I would use proactive... everyone thinks it is just for your face, but it works just about anywhere you have acne and acne scars. If that does not work, use a cream to heal scars. If that does not work seek a dermatologist.

Yes, try proactiv. They have a body cleanser. If that doesn't help I would see a dermatologist.
