It's not that easy.

I don't know what drug you had. I don't know how much you had. I don't know what state you live in. I don't know how much money you have. I don't know how old you are. I don't know know if you work or go to school. I don't know if you had a partner who ratted you out. I don't know if you had a weapon. I don't know if the cops hate you. I don't know if you're white. I don't know if your governor is running for president. I don't know if your prosecutor is running for governor. I don't know if you're going to hire a good lawyer, or take a PD. I don't know if the community likes your family.

I don't know none of those things. Even if I did know those things, there would still be many more that I don't know that WILL effect your sentence.
