If the total calories is 200
And serving container is about 4?
How do I find the total calories for 1 serving?

I would think simple division. 200 calories for the bowl of, let's say brussel sprouts. 4 servings. 200 divided by 4 is 50. So 50 calories per single serving of brussel sprouts.

Actually on most nurtitional labels, the calories listed is for one serving, so in your example, there are 4 portions of this product each serving is 200 calories, if you eat all four servings you've eaten 800 calories. That's why reading the label is so important, and understanding what you've read, if you look online under "Nutritional labels" the government has great information on how to use and understand the Nutritional Labels.
