Hi you, I was just wondering about the schedule for the air alert program. Am on the 4th week but have always done the exercise in a in which I thought was correct. For example on Monday I do all the exercises: lean ups, calf raises, step ups, thrust ups, and burnouts. On a Wednesday I add the squat hops to this 5 exercises, meaning 6 exercises on Wednesday. See what I mean? Am not totally sure of the proper procedures. Are you supposed to do only 2 exercises a day or something, or all?
