I know a site Vinden (http://www.vinden.nl/?where=mp3&vid=l1964415015I1176479698&query=&x=0&y=0), I'm not sure whether it is legal but if you want to pay for your music use itunes (www.apple.com/itunes/store/).

To put the music on your mp4 player you must have a computer, and usb or data cable (with proper drivers) to connect with your PC. When your USB is connected you can drag and drop the music to the specific location...

You have to pay for Itunes there are free ways aswel here are a few: friends21.com and fetchmp3.com
