I went to court with my land lord not because I owed her money but instead because of personal reasons and disagreements she wanted me out. I had agreed before the judge that I would try to be out by 5/25. I informed my land lord on 5/23 that I still have not found a place and needed more time. She is not happy and tries to harrass and intimidate me. In my words, she wants me gone. I have two question to ask. What should I do. If she gets a 72hrs notice what should I do? Can I be put out.

Can I be put out.Hello again, jaz:
If what you went to court for is an eviction and she won, then you might be put out.
What should you do?? Uhhhh, find a place to live, and you'd better do it damn quick.

She did not win and I did not win. We came to an agreement. My question is If she gets a 72 hrs notice. Should I go to court and tell the judge I still have not found a place. Second, can I go to court after a 72hrs notice if I still have not found a place?

Hello jaz:
I don't know the status of the case. If she didn't win an eviction, then she might have to start all over or she might just be able to ask the judge. I don't know.
And, I don't know about the 72 hour notice because I don't know if it's going to be from the court or her. There's too much unknown stuff.
What I can tell you is this. If she's has an eviction, or if you violated the agreement, the court isn't going to be sympathetic towards you - NOT AT ALL.
Therefore, you'd best be looking or you could find yourself on the street.

You said you agreed before the judge to be out by may 25, your still there, it's the 29th and she probably wants you out on June 1 correct?
The way it sounds, the landlord has given you an extra week. I don't understand what this "72 hours notice" you are talking about means. What exactly did you go to court for?

You made an agreement before a judge and now you can't/won't abide by that agreement, Right? I don't know the language of the judges summary but you may be in contempt of his ruling. Go to a motel or see if a friend will take you in.
